About the job
The Data & AI Academy team is looking for a GenAI Transformation Lead to work within the GenAI CoE and ensure we are driving forward the adoption and integration of GenAI at scale. This role will be fundamental in building a GenAI first culture through education and training, talent development, upskilling and Community Engagement. You’ll be supported by a well-established Data & AI Academy Team but you’ll be leading and driving forward these initiatives so a proactive, experienced leader is a must.
What You Will Have:
- Significant and relevant experience/knowledge in the Data & AI space, with an understanding of Generative AI; its use-cases and fundamentals.
- Passionate about staff development, talent and progression.
- Experience leading and influencing others outside a natural reporting line structure.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels – from new starters to senior leaders.
- Great organisational skills, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively and drive work through to completion.
- A good understanding of change and transformation, from a cultural point of view as well as supporting the wider business to manage the change successfully.
What You Will Be Doing:
- You will be leading change initiatives for GenAI education, training, upskilling and talent development. Helping the adoption of new ways of working and a culture of responsible experimentation.
- You will be communicating the benefits of GenAI to colleagues and promoting a continuous culture of learning and upskilling.
- You will be working with the GenAI CoE to drive a GenAI talent strategy, develop new role families and career trajectories.
- You will centralise feedback to optimise the experience and use data driven insights to develop a robust and innovative culture around GenAI, allowing us to leverage its full capabilities.
What We Will Provide:
- A collaborative, supportive team that is open to new ideas and innovation.
- A department that’s exciting and fast paced – leading on some hugely important learning for the business such as in Data Skills and AI.
- Collaboration and support across our Data Community.
- A successful Academy with highly motivated team members willing to support and assist across the GenAI work including the talent strategy, role families and training and upskilling.
