Communications

Our Reward team manages all aspects of salaries and benefits. They ensure that colleagues are paid fairly and on time, regularly review the company's offerings, and align their strategies to establish the organisation as a leading employer in the UK.
Talent Acquisition and Development
Talent Acquisition and Development focuses on attracting, recruiting and nurturing top talent. The team creates engaging job advertisements, manages the employer brand, and formulates recruitment marketing strategies to reach potential candidates across multiple digital platforms. Once recruited this area ensures colleagues have all the tools and resources needed to create a lifelong career with us.
People Operations
This area handles employee-related matters, including onboarding new hires, managing grievances, and ensuring smooth transitions during organisational changes. They manage cases efficiently and keep colleagues informed every step of the way. They also equip colleagues with everything they need to work safely and comfortably.
