Claims
Our Claims site in Peterborough is responsible for every element of our customer journey when they make a claim. Our dynamic teams handle the claim registration, claim management and claim fulfilment activity and we deal with a range of situations ranging from small charges for veterinary prescriptions through to complex surgery costing 000s. We take the hassle out of claims for customers by dealing with Vets directly and also through offering our Pre-Authorisation service to give customers peace of mind before they actually accrue a cost. We are open to engage with our customers can also register a claim 24/7 via our online portal.
Operations
Our Operations team is the frontline of customer interaction, expertly managing the inception of policies, processing renewals, and providing comprehensive customer service. We are committed to supporting our customers with any policy-related queries, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the moment they join us. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that each interaction is positive and that our customers feel valued and understood.
Product
The Product department is pivotal in creating and refining insurance products that align with the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
