Who Are We?

We are a dynamic and innovative Data Community dedicated to harnessing the power of data and generative AI to drive impactful insights and solutions. Our community is a hub for data enthusiasts, professionals, and experts who are passionate about data science, analytics, technology, and the transformative potential of generative AI. We believe in fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish, and individuals can grow both personally and professionally.

Even if we don't have a specific role available right now, we are always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our vision and values. Over 800 people across multiple teams and departments in Admiral make up our incredible Data Community. You might have a Data role, or work in a Data Team or both, either way, the Community is built to support you, share best practices with you, help you collaborate with your peers and bring you together in networking events.

• Are eager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the data field.
• Have an interest in or experience with pricing strategies and analytics, and are excited to collaborate with our pricing department to optimise data-driven pricing solutions.

All colleagues will receive 33 days holiday (including banks holidays) when they join us, and this will increase with length of service, up to a maximum of 38 days (including banks holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave in addition to your allocation.
