Travel Claims
We support customers on the front line by taking new claims over the phone or via an online claims portal. We gather information through good questioning and then make decisions on the best route for the claim to go down. Supporting the customer through the process and delivering promises is key to ensuring we deliver a good customer outcome. You will be responsible for reviewing claims and making payments to customers.
Travel Operations
In Travel Operations, we are a diverse and talented team - we put our customers at the core of everything we do! In Travel Operations, you'll handle a wide range of inbound calls and messages, guiding new customers as they embark on their travel experiences with us, supporting existing policyholders, and assisting those interested in renewing. Our travel product is relatively new, making this an exciting time for our team as we continue to grow and evolve.
