Claims Third Party Capture is a key area of the Claims department. The Claims Third Party Capture department deals directly with third party customers, developing new ideas and initiatives to provide the best service alongside maintaining a great place to work for our staff. Claims Third Party Capture focus on the key aspects of what makes Admiral a great place to work; communication, equality, reward and fun.

About the Role

As a Claims Third Party Capture Handler, the primary objective of your role is to assess, capture and settle claims for non-fault third parties, following an accident with one of our customers.

After comprehensive training you will be contacting third parties over the phone and offering to arrange services for their vehicle repairs, valuations and settlements for Total Loss claims, arranging replacement vehicles and assessing bodily injury claims. At the forefront of your mind at all times will be the aim of providing an excellent and convenient service to the third party.

You’ll also be required to deal with incoming and outgoing calls. On-going training will be provided throughout your career to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.

This role is suitable for someone who has the ability to confidently up sell a service being provided by Admiral, whilst making sure their first impression is a lasting one.

To join the Claims Third Party Capture department, you'll need to have excellent attention to detail along with great time management and listening skills. You must have the ability to negotiate and use problem solving skills on different types of claims. You will need to have basic IT skills for this role.  

The role is demanding but exciting, satisfying and full of opportunity.  You will need to have a calm and professional phone manner and the ability to take ownership.

This is a position on our weekend teams working 16 hours per week. Our starting salary is £18,400 (pro rata) and after your first year you would also be eligible to receive up to £3,600 free company shares annually plus excellent Admiral benefits.
