Litigator 

As a Litigator, you will represent clients injured in road traffic accidents, pursuing claims against defendants for damages through court proceedings. 

Your responsibilities will include investigating accident circumstances, evaluating personal injury claims, and gathering necessary evidence to support your clients' claims.

You will hone your drafting skills, develop excellent client care, and master effective time management in a fast-paced litigation environment.

New Client Handler 

As a New Client Handler, you'll specialise in road traffic accident claims, serving as the first point of contact for clients who have experienced a motor accident. 

This phone-based role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, making a positive first impression, and accurately gathering information while showing empathy to clients during a stressful time. 

You will hone your attention to detail, listening skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Trainee Paralegal 

As a Trainee Paralegal, you’ll support clients through the claims process, providing advice, and ensuring timely and effective case preparation with a high level of client care. 

Telephone communication is crucial as you'll regularly discuss case progress, answer client questions, and provide advice based on medical evidence and financial losses incurred.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach will ensure your success in this role.

Liability Paralegal 

As part of the Specialists Liability team, you will handle various accident types, including Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers Liability, and cases involving vulnerable road users. 

In this fee-earning role, you'll manage your own caseload, investigating and assessing liability on cases with varying complexities and values. 

You will hone exceptional client care skills as you work to explore all aspects of injuries and losses.
