What attracted you to a Collections Executive job?
My passion for helping people and my empathetic nature initially attracted me to this role. An unexpected part of the job that I enjoy is how the most challenging calls can turn out to be the most rewarding, as I help customers in tricky situations.
What does a typical day look like in collections?
A typical day starts with greeting my team and checking in on everyone. We then move on to our allocated tasks for the morning. My day involves speaking with customers or handling customer emails, and no two days are the same, which I love! There’s also the opportunity to assist other departments, such as structured debt. I'm constantly learning, which makes my days go by super fast. You'll find plenty of community spirit and culture at Admiral.

What’s your favourite thing about your collections job?
