You’ll work with people across multiple business areas, supporting them to increase their understanding of AI and how it can be used to solve real business problems. AI is ever changing and evolving and ensuring we are utilising it is key to driving long term success and increased efficiencies. We’ve got a real focus on multi-modality training so you might be in front of a class running a session, hosting a hands-on workshop, delivering a remote information session or creating on demand courses. What’s for sure is that you’ll develop your skills and build a great network across Admiral whilst helping us with our ambitions to embed AI in our day to day working across all areas.

Main Duties:

  • You’ll design and develop AI training programs using various modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led, blended, etc.
  • Delivering these AI training programs to various audiences, with varying levels of prior knowledge.
  • You’ll assess the AI skills level and needs of the learners and tailor the training content and delivery accordingly.
  • Monitoring and evaluating your AI training programs and measuring the learning outcomes and business impact consistently and constantly.
  • Working with the Data & AI Academy team and other stakeholders such as our Data Science and AI team on how to improve the AI training programs and curriculum.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in AI training and learning.
  • Championing AI adoption across Admiral

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in training, or coaching others with a focus on solving business problems.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in AI with a passion for sharing this knowledge to others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in simple and engaging ways.
  • Passion for data and learning, with a learner-centric mindset and a continuous improvement attitude.

What we will provide:

  • A team of trainers to support you in best practices, ways of working and share experiences with.
  • A department that’s exciting and fast paced – leading on some hugely important learning for the business such as in Data Skills and AI.
  • Collaboration and support across our Data Community.
