Joining the Data tribe is a great opportunity to be part of our growing Data and Analytics capabilities across the organisation. We have created and launched a cloud-based data platform for Admiral and have projects working across different support and customer facing areas to use these capabilities and add significant business value.

The Data Tribe is comprised of four distinct subtribes, each providing insight into different business aspects through a variety of products. The Data Ingestion, Support & Centralised Operations Sub-Tribe is responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid data to inform decision-making, using cloud-based data pipelines from core systems and external sources. The Tooling and Integrations Sub-Tribe works on data integrations and the implementation and upkeep of visualization and reporting tools to provide enriched data that aids business decisions, including through tools like Looker, proprietary web apps, and real-time integrations. The Insights and Models Sub-Tribe dedicates itself to creating timely ML models in Pricing and Claims, unique variable services for rating, as well as enhancing Admiral's machine learning infrastructure and competency. Lastly, the Data 2 Cloud programme is aimed at facilitating the shift of data and analytics capabilities from local systems to the Google Cloud Platform.
