Regardless of what team or department I have worked in, the people are what makes the difference. Everyone supports one another, encourages one another and there is always a helping hand.

I prefer to be in the office as the environment energises me and I love being around my team, but it’s great to have the flexibility of both! I feel incredibly lucky to say that I truly enjoy what I do.

What I enjoy, and have always appreciated, about Admiral, is that its willing to listen to colleagues and act based off feedback. In my time here I've been given opportunities to express my talents and take appropriate risks.

I’ve formed lifelong friendships here! Prior to joining Admiral, I was quite reserved, but now, anyone will tell you that I can't stop chatting! No other workplace has made me feel as valued and appreciated as Admiral.

I have been very lucky to be a part of a law firm that’s able to adapt and thrive. I’ve always felt supported and feel I can truly be myself here. I’ve had an amazing journey so far and I can’t wait for it to keep going.
