We are currently recruiting for a Major Loss Senior Handler to join our fun, competitive and industry leading Household Claims department!

Household Claims are recruiting for a senior claims handler in the Major Loss Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively new team within the Admiral business, dealing with complex domestic property claims in excess of £100,000.
Household Claims is an exciting department that continues to grow as we seek to increase the size of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be able to work under pressure and to achieve set daily / monthly targets.
- Update and review stats.
- Manage a small case load of Large Loss Claims
- Be a technical referral point for team
- Complaint handling
- Identify and develop the departments’ talent
- Ensure file reviews are completed monthly and provide feedback
- Act as quality control for the department, ensuring high standards of file housekeeping, & audit trails.
- Involved in numerous projects across Household.
Skills
- A practical knowledge base of claims and/or technical claims procedures
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- The ability to motivate & develop a team.
Experience
- Previous Household claims experience is required
- A sound knowledge of the policy terms and conditions is required.
