The Platform Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption, development and enhancements to Veygo/ Toolbox’s Salesforce CRM system. This will include capturing and defining the requirements of the business, shaping the architecture of the CRM system and being the technical subject matter expert for implementing changes and defining best practices across the business.

We intend that our CRM system becomes central to our Growth and Service functions, and is a critical resource for client information, sales and service activities, pipeline management, marketing campaigns and reporting. We are early on this journey so this role holder will be influential in setting up our business for success.

The Platform Manager will be highly engaged with all aspects of our business, working with stakeholders to improve their business performance through the adoption and engagement with the Salesforce platform and its capabilities. They will help initiate and become an active part our new Salesforce community and act as an advocate and champion of Salesforce and wider CRM within our portfolio.

For this opportunity we have two positions, one will sit in Veygo, our company that offers temporary driver insurance. The other will be a part of Toolbox, a company in our Future of Work domain that offer public liability and private liability insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business in the administration and adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and integrated third-party applications
  • Lead projects for the integration of customer data from third-party data platforms (subscriptions and events) and product data from owned platforms
  • Work alongside marketing and commercial partners to develop, maintain and activate accurate segmentations of different customer profiles across the stack
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management
  • Identify, qualify and sponsor process changes using the Salesforce platform to drive productivity and results
  • Take a lead on business reporting using Salesforce
  • Design, prepare, verify and update business reports that provide actionable business intelligence for stakeholders
  • Create and maintain business process and solution design documentation
  • Create and maintain customer data flow schematics and documentation across all our technology platforms and integrations
  • Provide CRM onboarding, training, and support to end-users, focusing on bespoke one-to-one training to growth and service users get the most value from Salesforce

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in a Salesforce administration, business analyst or consulting role
  • Salesforce.com certification as an Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Experience of or knowledge of the Financial Services cloud configuration
  • Driving adoption
  • Capability to communicate technical concepts to all level of stakeholders including technical users, non-technical end-users and management
  • Able to identify business issues and work with stakeholders to define and implement new process and user adoption

Desirable

  • Experience training end users
  • Experience with Tableau
