Your role as Group Strategy Manager

As part of the Group Strategy Team, which reports directly to our Group CEO, Milena Mondini, you'll have a strong focus on supporting our Group strategy with culture and customer at the centre of everything we do, followed by our core pillars: Admiral 2.0, Motor Evolution and Business Diversification. We aim to enhance our data and tech capabilities, along side progressing on business diversification, creating better propositions for our customers, while adapting to the changes in mobility, to keep being a successful business in the future. 

This program is designed to bridge the gap between senior strategy consulting and hands-on execution, preparing you for a senior management position. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with Executive leadership to support the execution of a wide variety of key strategic priorities for the Group. 
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your assignments. 
  • Develop work plans, gather and synthesize data, problem-solve, and provide final recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with all entities across the Group, to support on articulating the Group Strategy and key priorities, and highlighting how it links with the different business units. 
  • Support preparing reports and recommendations, from concept to implementation, and communicate it to senior managements (including the Group Board). 
  • Work on taking products from 'test and learn' into 'production' phase. 

Specific Requirements

  • MBA from a top business school. 
  • Experience advising senior management. 
  • Experience managing people. 

Desirable Traits and Attributes

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in developing businesses.
  • Analytical and strategic skills, combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. 
  • Experience and proficiency in working with data and technology, leveraging insights for informed decision-making. 
  • Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively across the business. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved. 
  • Appetite to work across the Group's international operations. 
  • Personality and a sense of humour (because work should be fun!). 
  • Passionate about, and the ability to me things happen. 
  • Fluency in one of our operational languages (French, Italian, Spanish) would be a bonus. 

Location

This role is based in our headquarters in Cardiff, UK, with potential opportunities in Paris, Rome, and Seville. For roles outside the UK, consideration for a more specific vacancy may be given rather than participating in this Program. 

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
