Loans Executive

Admiral Money is a thriving, growing and on track to become a strategic pillar withing the Admiral Group. We are now looking to expand our Servicing Operation team to support our successful and growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team dealing with our Car Finance and Unsecured Personal Loan products.

This role comes at a fantastic time for an established yet growing part of the business. Our staff put the customer first, and we encourage your suggestions on how we can continue to exceed their expectations while providing a market leading service.

The role includes a six-month probation period and full training will be provided. No previous experience of loans is required but useful.

About Admiral Money

Admiral Money (AFSL) is an exciting, new division of Admiral Group. We have the freedom and innovation of a small start up with the security of a large parent company, Admiral. 

The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.

We’re looking for people who are keen to learn, excited about getting stuck in and are ready for a challenge to help us to achieve our aim of creating a special lending business for our customers.

Responsibilities

As Loans Executive you will:

• Communicate with customers via telephone, emails and webchat to guide them through our application process and make changes to their agreement during the life cycle of the loan.
• Provide first class service, maintaining high quality standards, including excellent customer service, as set out in your personal and department scorecards.
• Make a difference, whether this is speaking to our customers or making the workplace an even better place to be.
• Adaptable to change, we want people who are happy with making change quickly as we are a growing business.

Requirements

• Positive and energetic, with a can-do attitude. We’re growing our business. We need people who are positive about change and can help get things done.
• Excellent attention to detail, with an investigative mindset. Finance products can be complex, so you will need to absorb large amounts of information, whilst engaging the customer in phone calls or other digital channels such as webchat.  As well as making sure we get the correct information input onto the system, you will also need to be switched on to potential mistakes or fraud within applications.
• History of excellent and compliant customer service. We want our customers to experience exceptional customer service on all our calls. The loan industry is heavily regulated. To that end, we will expect great overall quality and service scores in line with department and individual scorecards
• Ability to multi-task and retain knowledge. Whilst full training will be given, it will still be a fast pace environment, throwing up some unexpected surprises! You will need to be resilient to deal with change and don’t be afraid to raise suggestions

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
