IAM Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity to deliver the future state of Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Admiral. Creating next generation access management is fundamental to the organisation’s security and operational efficiency. This role is critical to the delivery of Infosec projects, overseeing and managing successful delivery and building the capability for the future.

Main Duties

Responsible for the successful delivery of IAM capability and the onboarding of applications to the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions within the IAM Programme to time, cost, and quality criteria.

The role will include:

Experience and Qualifications Required

Essential

• At least 5 years relevant delivery experience in IAM/PAM/IGA or in the delivery of security related projects including the delivery of change across technology, people and process.

Desirable

• Recognised Project Management Qualifications (Prince 2 Practitioner/APM Project Professional Qualification, PMI) .
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Manager, Leading SAFe) or other agile methodology certification.
• Certified or working towards a recognised cyber security certification (e.g., CRISC, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
• Experience in delivering security projects.
• Familiarity of working in regulated environments, finance sector/insurance
• IT infrastructure including traditional ‘on prem’, PaaS (Platform as a Service), IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), SaaS (Software As A Service).
