We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Lead to drive strategy, development, and implementation of the IAM solutions within Admiral. The successful candidate will create high performing IAM operational capabilities utilising best of breed enterprise solutions in an exciting and fastmoving technology landscape. 

This role offers opportunities to define product roadmaps, gather requirements from key stakeholders, collaborate with various teams within Admiral, and create a highly successfully IAM function.

You will be reporting to the Head of IAM and will serving as the subject matter expert and business advocate for initiatives, making sure that technology capabilities are aligned with the business objectives thereby helping to enable secure and efficient access controls delivering high value operational services to enable exceptional service to the business.

Main Duties

  • Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry good practice.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing access controls, enhancing user experience, and driving operational efficiencies through IAM solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and teams to gather and prioritise IAM requirements and translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
  • Create and manage the IAM product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the priorities, dependencies, and timelines of IAM projects. Continuously refine and prioritise backlog items based on stakeholder feedback, emerging security threats, and changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions and remediate vulnerabilities identified, lessons learnt from prior incidents, and resolve issues from arising from audit reports.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted source on IAM matters and represent the IGA and PAM service for security and IT governance committees as required. This also includes promoting the adoption of IGA and PAM services into their respective systems.
  • Proactively communicate updates, project statuses, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Manage change activities, team budgets, and service level teams and their escalations as well as the execution of services, ensuring that they are delivered in a timely manner so as to minimise impact on the business through the use of key metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement, measuring performance and delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience implementing and operating IAM in a medium to large organisation
  • Works well within a team and supports others
  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Highly organised

Desirable:

  • Delivering value in an agile organisation
  • Experience within an ITIL v4 operational environment
