Are you ready to shape the future of digital learning? We are seeking an innovative Digital Platform Manager to join our dynamic team at Admiral Group. Responsibilities: 

  • You will be a cornerstone of our UK and international entities, managing systems, people, security, and content.
  • Your role will be pivotal in establishing system requirements and working collaboratively across Admiral to implement enhancements and changes.
  • You will orchestrate a variety of sub-admins to achieve a shared vision of product goals and priorities.
  • You will work collaboratively with Learning and Development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • By leveraging the latest technologies and best practices, you will help to ensure that our systems are not only meeting current needs but are also adaptable for future challenges.

Skills Required:

  • Leadership skills to mentor our UK and international pool of sub-admins through changes.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless system operations.
  • Ability to understand product features and implement development.
  • Research skills to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Engagement with departments to determine user needs.
  • Ability to deliver system usability across various devices and accessibility for all.
  • Confident at handling tasks both on your own and as part of a team, from start to finish, even when things move quickly.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in a simple way, making sure everyone understands.
  • Skilled at analysing challenges, identifying underlying issues, and devising effective solutions to improve overall functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Ability to deliver and communicate change effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate a consistent commitment to precision and thoroughness in tasks, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Competence in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Experience in LMS administration/ HR system.
  • Proven change management success.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
