The People Governance team is all about tackling exciting challenges in areas like Global Employee Mobility, Internal Fraud, and Employee Data Protection and Privacy, and designing and implementing governance frameworks that effectively manage people-related risk.

You don't need to be an expert in all these areas, but this role is a fantastic opportunity to dive in and apply your governance skills within the dynamic, varied, and diverse landscape that the People function covers for the business.

As a People Governance Executive, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our governance framework and staying ahead of policy and regulatory changes. We're looking for someone who can get into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance Management: Support the team’s management of people governance frameworks – overseeing and testing controls to ensure compliance with People policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and report on people-related risks, and support in the development/implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Consult and Influence: Provide consultancy and support to key senior-level stakeholders in the business to influence decision-making around People governance activity and help to promote a strong people risk culture.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilise data to produce effective People risk and control environment committee and board level reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights to effectively mitigate people risk.
  • Policy Management: Align policies with the Group and EUI Risk and Control framework and manage policy activities such as Conflict of Interest and Whistleblowing.
  • External Scanning: Stay updated on industry practices, implement necessary changes, and provide insights on governance, risk management and compliance trends.

Key Skills

  • Working on own initiative, with the ability to introduce fresh thinking to the role and the wider People Governance team and People Function.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, forward looking, inquisitive and attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of the current regulatory landscape, macroeconomic environment, and risk management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
