You’ll be part of Admiral’s Travel Insurance team, where you’ll support execution of the claims strategy through developing and producing claims MI reports that focuses on providing insight in areas such as digital journeys, in-depth understanding of claims spend, process effectiveness, and people performance.

- Review existing reports and establish any gaps/opportunities for additional reporting
- Work with the Head of Claims and management team to develop new reports that help provide detailed insight into claims performance

- Highly motivated and able to work off your own initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with building reports from various data sources is preferred; in-house training will be provided to adapt to the role’s requirements
