"Do you want to start your legal career but have no experience? Admiral Law have a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team as a case handler with full training provided.
As a handler in our Claimant MIB Personal Injury department you will be representing our clients who have been injured as a result of a road traffic accident to bring a claim against the MIB or a UK handling agent for their personal injury claim and damages. The successful candidate will deal with a caseload of claims in which the other driver cannot be identified and as a result we are pursuing a claim via the MIB and a selection of UKHA claims. You will deal with claims from the commencement of the claim, up to and settlement. This can be a difficult time for our clients and therefore you will be there from the start of their claim, reassuring and empathizing with them.
Aside from investigating the accident circumstances, you may be responsible for the investigation of our client’s claim for Personal Injury. Your role will involve obtaining medical evidence in support of your client’s claim, valuing the injuries sustained and gathering all of the required evidence in respect of their losses.
With your own caseload, you’ll advise your clients on the best course of action. In this fast-paced role, you’ll effectively manage and progress your own caseload using our in-house case management system (and in line with our SLAs), keeping clients informed of progress every step of the way.
