An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our nPayroll d team. Based within People Services, you’ll report into our Head of Reward and work on payroll for our UK Operations.

We're looking for an experienced senior payroll professional to help transform our Payroll function, ensuring the right structures and processes are in place. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a continuous improvement culture within the existing Payroll team
  • Responsibility for enhancing and improving current practices, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring all statutory and regulatory payroll requirements are met
  • Development and delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise, support and guidance to the Payroll team and wider business
  • Accountability for effective and robust governance of all payroll activity, ensuring effective control frameworks are in place and regularly reviewed
  • Management of payroll projects
  • Leadership and development of Payroll team

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience of leading large, high-volume payrolls across multiple entities
  • Expert knowledge of statutory reporting requirements, such as year-end reporting
  • Ability to take ownership of and resolve complex problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of leading and developing a team
