An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our new and growing Reward team. Based within People Services (HR), you’ll report into the Reward Manager and work closely with the UK Head of Reward. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks and projects, so a great work ethic with a strong desire to succeed is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has experience working within a Reward function and would like to join an exciting and fast paced environment in a FTSE 100 business

 

Accountabilities:

  • Assist the UK Head of Reward and Reward Manager with the delivery of the UK reward strategy, through achievement of milestones and projects
  • Work in collaboration with wider Reward, People Services team and business to ensure alignment and engagement with the UK reward strategy
  • Partner with the UK entities, to support them with Reward initiatives
  • Support in the administration of variable pay schemes
  • Communication with colleagues on reward related elements
  • Creation of business cases to support change programmes
  • Creation of reward policies, processes and frameworks
  • Build relationship with Group Risk and Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulation

 

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge and experience of reward (within financial services would be advantageous)
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills
  • Ability to research and propose recommendations for change
  • Logical thinker who is able to independently plan to deliver to deadlines
  • Good written communication skills to draft presentations and reports
  • Stakeholder management and partnership skills (empathy, listening, influencing)
