About the role 

As a Remote Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be talking to our customers on the phone every day, focusing on exceptional customer service. As a regulated company, you’ll also have some compliance standards to uphold. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced in insurance, we’ll provide you with all the right training and tools to deliver great service confidently in no time. 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for communicating the benefits of a policy and guiding them through the buying process.
