"The marketing team is looking to recruit a Product Marketing Executive to assist with the development and coordination of the delivery of strategic as well as tactical marketing for internal product stakeholders with the support of a multi-disciplinary internal marketing team and Product Marketing Manager.
This is a varied, and challenging role, which offers exposure across the business. As such, we’re looking for an experienced and confident professional, as comfortable with numbers as creative campaign ideas.
The main responsibility will be in supporting the delivery of marketing activities aligned to business objectives from new and emerging products including our diversification agenda as well as the Admiral/ Elephant Apps.
Main Duties
Campaigns
- Produce and deliver marketing plans for the launch of new products
- Working with the Product Marketing Manager and Head of Product and Partnership Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing plans for new products to market
- Liaison with internal product stakeholders
- Initiate new campaign ideas with the support of the wider marketing team.
- Support the delivery of strategic projects as part of the marketing plans
- Work with the product marketing manager as well as Acquisition, Brand, PPM and eCRM teams to define, execute and measure the product marketing activity
- Update Marketing Campaigns on Atlas in line with promotional campaigns
- Support on delivery of all promotional campaigns
Reporting and insights
- Monitor competitor promotional activity and react accordingly
- Develop monthly activity reports
- Research and present marketing suggestions for product growth and diversification
Admin
- Manage Redbooth boards and action logs
- Take meeting notes and send out actions from meetings
Skills and Experience Required
- Stakeholder management
- Able to compile briefs to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail
- A degree level education or comparable working experience
- Ability to prioritise/multitask under pressure to tight deadlines
- Great organisation skills
- Can- do attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
