"The Pet team are looking for a Product executive to support the Product area. Since the Pet product launched in 2022, the area is growing quickly, and the Product team is a vital part to ensuring this growth. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic, innovative, and friendly team, to help play a key role in Pet’s new but continuing success. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who can always put themselves in the customers shoes and is happy to work together to progress our ambitions product strategy.
What does the Product team do?
The Product team manage the day to day & future development of the product, working closely with the wider business to support changes in Marketing, Underwriting, Regulatory and Operational efficiencies. The main aim of the product team is to ensure we continue to develop our offering, providing our customers and their pets the best product for them.
As a Product Executive, you will
Focus on continuous improvement of the Pet product, ensuring all customer needs are met as Pet moves into new areas of innovation. You’ll become an SME in the Pet field and some duties will include:
- Becoming a Pet SME, understanding how the product features benefit our customers
- Help to deliver the Product Roadmap to achieve the Product Strategy
- Be the voice of our customer, ensuring we are providing excellent customer experience
- Keep up to date with market trends, industry and competitor advancements
- Monitor MI on product performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Understand how proposed changes would impact the customer outcome, as well as the commercial and operational impact on the business
- Create good relationships and build strong networks across the key business functions
- Support business wide reporting including the development of CRMI and Fair Value Assessments
- Work alongside Marketing on new strategies and change implementation
- Develop stakeholder management skills, working with multiple third parties to implement change as a team
- Collaborate with Ops, Claims, UW, IT and Pricing to identify key customer pain points and opportunities
Ideally you will have some of these key skills
- The ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a positive team player and ability to work closely with others to deliver results
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Comfortable analysing data with the ability to highlight trends
- Self-motivated and prepared to take a hands on approach
- Organised and able to prioritise multiple workstreams in line with tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
