We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a People Advisor to join our People Change Team. In this role, you will support the business and the People Partnering team in delivering excellent change initiatives, with our colleagues at the heart of our journey. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategies that enhance our workplace culture and drive positive change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of impactful People Change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People Partnering network to deliver positive and effective change that aligns with our broader strategy and goals.
  • Work on complex change initiatives, identifying project deliverables, and supporting the development and implementation of change strategies
  • Support the planning and coordination of cross-company changes, ensuring a consistent and joined-up service.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Develop toolkits and templates to support the change approach.
  • Act as a voice and champion of the department on the people change agenda, keeping the customer front and centre.
  • Support the People Partner team with internal/external environmental analysis to identify future opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work with Learning and Development to implement learning strategies and programs.
  • Embrace and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain productive senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Centres of Excellence to deliver a unified service.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and an ambassador for the People function.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance against KPIs.
  • Use people data effectively to make informed business decisions.

Key Skills:

  • Generalist HR experience in a demanding, fast-paced role.
  • Experience of supporting projects, change initiatives and being an advocate for change.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent and adaptable communication style.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and be very organised
  • Confident in working independently but skilled at collaboration do deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive and emotionally resilient.
  • Confidently make decisions and objectively justify them.

Additional Information

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
