Data Ethics is an engaging new area helping Admiral ensure that we are treating our customers data with respect and ensuring our predictive models are as free as possible from bias. The role will sit in our Group Data Protection and Privacy function and involves working with Data Scientists across the whole organisation. The role will involve thinking about the potential biases and noise that may impact predictive models and helping advise Data Scientists on how to achieve fairer outcomes. We appreciate this is a new area and therefore, the person, their attitude and their determination are as important to us as their experience.
