"Our Information and Cyber Security Department is a fundamental cornerstone of the safe growth of our business. We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate aspiring to a career in technology, who enjoys the fast-moving, ever-changing world of Cyber Security, to join the Information and Cyber Security team of our multi-award-winning business to support our Cyber Transformation programme.
This a fixed 1-year role in the Information and Cyber Security department, as opposed to a rotational graduate programme. Depending on performance in this role the intention is to offer the successful candidate a permanent role during this engagement tailored to their career aspirations.
About the Roles
To support
- Information security Transformation programme in general
- Lean/six sigma process reviews and improvement implementation
- Identifying processes for automation
- Building metrics hierarchy and automation of reporting.
- Team agile ceremonies (scrum etc)
- Development and implementation of new business model
- Benchmarking our controls and performance against industry best practices and peers
About You
Qualifications
- 2.1 or above in a Technology, Computer Science or Management related discipline is desired
- If you do not have a Technical, Computer Science of Management related discipline, we are open to other disciplines subject to demonstrating a solid academic background with transferable management skills.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong delivery focus
- Knowledge of project management and agile delivery methodology
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong teamworking skills
- Good computer literacy, experienced in MS office tool suite

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
