International Women’s Day: Deborah’s Story

For International Women’s Day we wanted to celebrate the women in our business and their achievements. 

As a company with 51% female staff, and 52% of all internal promotions going to women in 2019, we’re keen to raise awareness against the bias and take action towards equality.

We thought this was the perfect opportunity to catch up with Deborah, our Executive Learning and Development Manager. Here’s what she had to tell us about her experience at Admiral…

‘’I joined Admiral in October 2016 as a Graduate working within the Business Development team. I got to work with very talented individuals who helped me shape the way I looked at my career. After 6 months, I became the Executive Recruitment Manager for the Group. I recently started leading our Learning and Development initiatives for Middle and Senior Managers; making sure we spot, train and develop the best talents within the business!’’
