Our Communications team keeps everyone connected, informed and inspired. They look after everything from internal updates and external news to sponsorships and colleague engagement activities, helping to create a positive and supportive workplace.

They share success stories, organise events and keep our teams up to date with organisational changes. Our communications team plays a vital role in building a culture where people feel supported to be themselves and a part of something bigger.

Our Reward team makes sure Admiral remains a great place to work by looking after all things pay, benefits and recognition. They work hard to ensure everyone is rewarded fairly and supported with a package that reflects their contribution.

Our Talent Acquisition and Development team is all about bringing brilliant people into Admiral and helping them grow once they’re here. People Operations provide the essentials to work comfortably and guide our people through transitions with care and attention. They’re always on hand to make sure everyone feels informed, supported and ready to do their best work.
