Group Strategy
The Group Strategy function plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Admiral’s long-term success by articulating and delivering on our strategic vision. Centred around our five strategic pillars, we focus on diversifying our business to create new opportunities and ventures, evolving our technology, data, and AI capabilities through Admiral 2.0, and ensuring our motor proposition is fit for the future. Our work is driven by a deep understanding of customer and employee needs, helping us stay ahead in an ever-changing market and positioning Admiral for sustainable growth.
International Pricing
The International Pricing team plays a crucial role in enhancing profitability across Admiral Group through excellence in pricing and loss ratio discipline. The team is accountable for the profitability of the European businesses. Its aim is to conduct complex and strategic pricing projects to drive the growth of the international businesses (France, Spain, and Italy) and support the strategy of diversification of the group. Along with its work on the current portfolios, the team is building the foundation of Pricing and Data Analytics of the future. International Pricing is defining the pricing vision of the upcoming years to consolidate our competitive advantage and leverage new technologies such as machine learning, advanced analytics, and best-in-class data visualisation tools/data tools. The team is committed to developing the future leaders of Admiral through the SPARK program, a leadership program to help MBA graduates develop strong Pricing knowledge on strategic projects with great exposure to the senior management of Admiral Group.
