Admiral is seeking a Third Party Risk & Resilience Lead to join our Risk team.
The role holder will be responsible for leading the 2nd line oversight and challenge of all Third Party and Resilience risks for Admiral’s UK insurance business. This is a key role to ensure the current and emerging resilience risks to EUI and appropriately identified and managed.
Main Duties
- Lead second line oversight and assurance of regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and third-party risk management.
- Oversee incident and crisis management processes and policies.
- Ensure cohesion within the Risk & Compliance function.
- Support regulatory notifications, meetings, and audit requests related to third-party risk and resilience.
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging resilience requirements and analyze potential impacts.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across EUI and Group.
- Produce reports and recommendations for committees and the EUI board.
- Provide advice on third-party and resilience aspects for new propositions and business expansion.
- Facilitate scenario analysis and simulation exercises.
- Review and challenge operational change projects.
- Represent the second line in relevant committees and working groups.
- Act as a subject matter expert in corporate governance for third-party and resilience risk.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in resilience and TPRM
- Financial services experience beneficial
- Strong relationship management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- IRM or ICA qualifications preferred
- Proactive self-starter
