"Product Executive – fixed term contract (12 months)
We are looking for a Product Executive to join our expanding team. Household has ambitious growth targets and continues to play a key role within the Admiral diversification strategy.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, with an eye for detail and keen to add value, developing while undertaking the role and who can support our Product Managers.
Main Duties
- Supporting delivery: delivering successful outcomes and lessons learned on assigned projects. This includes understanding how product features work, keeping up to date with market threats and competitor trends, and presenting information in the most beneficial format.
- Assisting department operations: helping with the wider running of the department, from administrative tasks to supporting the team with management information, research, and other duties that assist the wider product team.
- Monitoring product performance: Keeping track of household core product performance in respective areas and suggesting ideas and recommendations for improvement.
- Staying updated with industry trends: Keeping up to date with industry and competitor trends and monitoring product features and limits within the market.
- Continuous learning and development: Continuously developing personal skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the team and the organization.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with home insurance is preferred but not essential.
- A commercial mindset, aware of our competitors and the market.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
- Forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
