  • Support preparing reports and recommendations, from concept to implementation, and communicate it to senior stakeholders.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your assignments.
  • Work with various stakeholders to take initiatives from ‘test and learn’ into ‘production’.
  • Collaborative working with teams on existing change initiatives to provide consultancy, challenge, and guidance to ensure alignment to the future vision for Household.
  • Run workshops with key stakeholders for opportunity identification - considering people, technology, data, and process - with the customer lens being a key focus across all areas.
  • Work closely to understand the existing benefits realisation from previous and future change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
  • Keep abreast of the macro and micro-environment, regulatory landscape, and emerging trends, both inside and outside the organisation.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic mindset and skilled problem solver, with tenacity to make change happen.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Able to listen and interpret key information.
  • Able to challenge key stakeholders confidently and professionally. Ensuring a long-term lens is always considered.
  • Able to confidently make decisions, ensuring you can justify them whilst understanding the impact this decision could have on the team and wider business.
  • Able to diagnose and articulate opportunities and identify proportionate and pragmatic solutions.
  • Able to interpret data and make clear recommendations.
  • Able to build stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a large and diverse workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think critically and independently.
