Product Marketing Executive (Consumer Duty)

The product marketing team are looking to recruit a Product Marketing Executive to assist with consumer duty.  This will involve the coordination of documents through the consumer duty process working with several teams within marketing including content, studio and service communications and driving marketing activity through the embedded marketing processes to improve customer understanding and consumer outcomes.

This is a varied, and challenging role, which offers exposure across the business. As such, we’re looking for an experienced and confident professional who has great stakeholder management skills.

Main Duties

  • Working with the Head of Product Marketing to refine the consumer duty process through stakeholder feedback
  • Liasing with the content and studio teams to drive documents efficiently through the consumer duty process
  • Management of the end-to-end consumer duty process within marketing
  • To attend the Customer Understanding working groups and meetings and act as marketing representative
  • To liaise with the wider business and document owners to understand timelines and to be the main point of communication from a marketing perspective
  • Working with the market insight team to brief in testing of consumer documents, communicating the document pipeline so that work can be planned in accordingly
  • Primary contact for documents owners during the consumer duty process, ensuring timely sign off from relevant parties
  • Working with service communications to ensure visibility of document workflow and awareness of sprint timelines
  • Compiling surveys for consumer duty docs testing
  • Prioritisation of documents through the consumer duty process
  • Support the wider Product Marketing team on additional activity as and when required
  • Monitor and understand the product scorecards
  • Communicate and brief marketing teams on areas where support is needed through the quarterly planning process or the unplanned request form
  • To contribute to the monthly product marketing decks with updates on consumer duty/customer understanding across the product portfolio
  • Using JIRA to update and track documents through the consumer duty process

Key Competencies/Experience Required 

  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Able to compile briefs to a high standard
  • Great organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A degree level education or comparable working experience
  • Ability to prioritise/multitask under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Can- do attitude
