We’re in search of a Learning and Development Agile Delivery Manager who brings a blend of passion for agile project management, a capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering to high standards, and a drive for innovation. Your role will involve leading and managing learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

In our strategic reorganisation, we’re creating a dedicated Learning Studio, adding to our team of experts. This is your chance to develop essential learning solutions across a range of departments, embodying leadership, management, wellbeing and more.

Responsiblities:

The main aim of the role will be to lead and manage learning and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the needs of our business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage learning and development projects using agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support and guide team members in the adoption of agile practices.

Knowledge, core capabilities and experience:

  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • A highly collaborative spirit and consistently driving for excellence.
  • Experience in managing learning and development projects across various sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and practices.
  • Lead by example, promoting a learner-centric approach and advocating for best practices in project management.
  • A good understanding of learning and development technologies.
  • An excellent eye for detail and ability to analyse project insights.
  • Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
