Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I have been with this great company 13 years. I started Admiral life within our contact centre, dealing with customers over the phone and giving them industry leading customer service. Admiral has many pathways for progression, within two years I was given a management position running teams of up to 15 within the Customer Services Department. I moved over to business support back in 2018 to become a Learning & Development consultant, training our management team all around the business. Recruitment was a natural fit for me as I love working with people and being a part of Admiral's collective endeavor of helping people look after their future.
