Facts and Figures

The Admiral Graduate Programme has been running since 2006, so we have plenty of experience in training and developing grads into successful and long term employees.

Our Law Programme is slightly different to our core programmes as it is run by our law firm, Admiral Law. You can find out more on our Graduate Law Programme page.

We also run a summer internship every year, which we generally recruit for in February. Find out all about it in our quick video below:

Starting from September 2017, we will be running two graduate programmes, a core programme, which is open to students of all disciplines and an analyst programme, which is open to students of STEM subjects, in particular Mathematics, Physics, Economics and Engineering. For the analyst programme we want to see strong data analysis and mathematical skills. Applications for our graduate programmes open in the autumn for a start date in the following February or September (depending on graduation dates).

On our graduate schemes, you will all spend the first four weeks training together and getting up to speed on our businesses and products. You will also receive additional training through the Admiral Academy to make sure you are well prepared for your first placement.

Our core scheme is 18 months in length and you will do three 6 month placements during that time. Our analyst scheme is 24 months in length as your placements will be slightly longer. You will do three 8 month placements instead. Your placements will take you around the business to ensure you finish your chosen programme with a good grounding in all aspects of our company ready to take your first steps off the programme and into a long term career within Admiral.

Our programmes are full of opportunities and experiences to develop yourself and build your career, so make the most of it and enjoy it!
