"We’re looking for an ambitious and self-starting Salesforce CRM marketer to help our Small Business team Toolbox. This is our first CRM hire for the team, and it’s a great one. You’ll be taking on accountability for our fresh SFMC system, and responsible for working with our different business units to understand, document and deploy their need. From set up, to campaign implementation and reporting, you’ll be our point person for all things CRM.
We’re building a community of growth and marketing team members across all of the Admiral Pioneer businesses as well as a central Studio team which means you’ll get to work with, and have your work supported by, a wide range of talented colleagues.

Responsibilities
- The 'go-to' for Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the businesses’ CRM needs. You’ll build dynamic personalised email campaigns using Salesforce Email Studio and Content Builder.
- Develop targeting and segmentation for personalised campaigns which allow us to build excellent contact journeys.
- Working with our marketing, service design, and product teams to design the best possible customer journeys and experiences for our customers.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Experience building new paths and content, establishing a new CRM system from a blank sheet.
- Knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and perhaps even SQL.
- Understanding of test-and-learn, and know about A-B testing.
- Experience with Data. You’ll be doing a lot of analysis and data crunching to work out the effectiveness and direction of our work, so you’ll need a head for numbers.
- A creative mind with the ability to come up with new ideas an approaches to our business problems.
- Experience working at pace. We’re building multiple businesses rapidly, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with some ambiguity as we move fast and iterate.

Additional Info
Due to Covid-19 the whole Admiral Pioneer team is working remotely. We will provide you with everything you need to work comfortably from home. We expect you to be working remotely for the foreseeable future, however, after it's safe to return to the office, we have days when the whole team comes together. You can choose how many days you can be in the office as long as we see your face from time to time.
