What areas do you look after?

My current role in Admiral is Lead Talent Partner in our Early Careers Team.

Tell us about you and your Admiral story?

I started with the company in 2016 in sales, offering additional protection to our car insurance customers over the phone. Thanks to Admiral’s approach to flexible working, I was able to complete a degree in French and Spanish at Cardiff Uni during this time. This led to the opportunity for me to undertake two Admiral internships in our offices abroad – one in Lille (France) and Seville (Spain). Upon my return, I was offered a role supporting the delivery of our graduate programmes. In this time, I had the opportunity to learn about talent management and early careers and was soon promoted to lead. I was then responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining our development programmes, ensuring they stayed up-to-date and relevant to our industry and business while providing pastoral support to those involved.

My most recent role in our newly formed Early Careers Team will be by most exciting – we’re embarking on an ambitious strategy to continue to evolve our offering for all things early careers.
