We are looking for a HR Business Analyst to join our People team. Reporting to the Data Integrity and MI Manager in our People Operations function, this new role will analyse HR related data, processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and to enhance decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis: Collect, analyse and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business partners.
  • Process improvement: Analyse HR processes to identify inefficiencies and area for improvement working closely with the Continuous Improvement team.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and updating of HR policies and ensuring HR processes accommodate any change in policy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR, IT and the wider business to ensure HR systems and processes are meeting the business requirements.
  • Provide detailed reports interpreting HR data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to inform decision making.
  • Establishing, updating and reporting on KPIs for HR Business Services.
  • Documenting current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a business analyst.
  • Knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, whilst hitting deadlines.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
