We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and talented person to join our User Experience and Design team as a Senior Visual Designer.
You’ll be designing all the touch points that we have with our customers, from external marketing communication to user interfaces, as well as our internal messaging. By shaping the look of our communications with our millions of customers, you’ll help shape the future of our business too.
About the role
If you enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, this role could be for you. You’ll manage a small team of creatives, while also working side by side with UX Designers, Product Owners, Developers and Marketers.
Working collaboratively, you’ll develop and iterate ideas, while balancing the needs of the user with the objectives of the business.
You’ll understand and analyse briefs, getting under the skin of data and work closely with our UX designers to enable your team to produce engaging, on-brand creative that meets both user and business needs.
Deadlines are tight, so you’ll be able to think on your feet and come at problems from left-field to create compelling on brand solutions.
