We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know Adobe like the back of their hand, they also know how to work with an ECRM team to build, manage and automate complex campaign workflows that get results.
You’ll take a proactive approach, identifying opportunities for the team to work even more efficiently, while also carrying out regular audits of all our workflows, campaigns and typologies to make sure everything is working correctly and we’re following Adobe best practice.
About the role
If you have lots of experience in data, data management and Adobe Campaign experience, then this role could be for you. You’ll have a strong understanding of a number of systems and be able to configure and build data schemas.
Your role will be wide-ranging. One day you might be training and supporting users of Adobe Campaign, both within the ECRM team and beyond. Another day you could be implementing the latest upgrades and fixes to keep everything running smoothly. Every day is different.
A key part of role is working with tech teams across the business, from internal IT and marketing to the Adobe and Merkle teams. So you’ll have good interpersonal skills and enjoy collaboration.
You’ll identify opportunities to automate, such as testing, custom audiences, propensity scores, contact rules and alerts. And you’ll be able to create custom audiences from Adobe to social, PPC, SMS and app.
