About the Role

The role of Benefits Manager helps us to find new and innovative ways that we can meet our employee needs by providing benefits they really want and value. This role is will involve evaluating existing and new benefits for our staff through looking at employee take ups, negotiating contracts and ensuring that benefits are promoted widely across the business so our employees can take advantage of them.
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Operations Manager or very experienced Team Manager, that understands our employees, is a great communicator and is persuasive and would like a change in direction. There is lots of support on the technical side of benefits as we have a great team in place. I would expect the right person will be keen to have an understanding of this side over a period of time, but the priority is being able to look at the long term plans and make sure our benefits meet our employees’ needs.
About the Team
The Payroll & Benefits team consist of 12 ambitious and extremely customer focused individuals. We strive to deliver the best possible service we can, whilst also enjoying some fun along the way. We work Monday to Friday, typical office hours, but if the pressure is on, we all chip in – we never leave anyone behind!
