Due to growth and a desire to improve our processes and procedures, we have an exciting 6 month fixed term role for a Payroll Compliance Analyst.
About the Team
The Payroll & Benefits team consist of 12 ambitious and extremely customer focused individuals. We strive to deliver the best possible service we can, whilst also enjoying some fun along the way. We work Monday to Friday, typical office hours, but if the pressure is on, we all chip in – we never leave anyone behind!
The Payroll Compliance Analyst’ main requirement is to provide the Admiral Payroll team with compliance support ensuing that changes to legislation and policies are updated within a timely manner. The role will also require the Payroll Compliance Analyst to carry out a review of current practices and the setup within the payroll system (iTrent) making recommendations and actioning accordingly
Experience and Qualifications Required
We are looking for a candidate with previous senior payroll experience, ideally you will have been a Payroll Manager or Senior Payroller with extensive compliance and analysis experience, confident in analysing processes and recommending changes to senior colleagues in the business and ensuring changes are implemented in a timely manner with relevant policies updated.
