Assistant Company Secretary
We are recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to assist the Head of Legal/Group Company Secretary and the Deputy Head of Legal in all governance matters across Admiral Group Plc.
You will be flexible and adaptable and you will need to thrive under pressure. As Assistant Company Secretary you will help to oversee the corporate governance of Admiral, ensuring that Admiral meets regulatory requirements. You will ensure that Admiral has organisational transparency and accountability, through development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of robust and appropriate systems, processes and frameworks.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of carrying out company secretarial duties including servicing boards and committees, coordinating board dates, drafting agendas, preparing board papers, action logs and minute taking. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be able to proof read quickly and have experience of providing a professional service to the most senior individuals working in or for the organisation.
