New Business is a sales role with a difference, most of our customers will have already sourced a quote from the internet and will be calling you to discuss purchasing their insurance. Our New Business Executives excel in matching the customer’s needs to the products and benefits we offer whilst delivering superb customer service on every call!

You don’t need any experience, just confidence, a proactive approach and a willingness to learn. We will teach everything you need to help you succeed in your role. You will also have the support of your manager and team from your first day and right through your career with us.

This is a full-time position with long-term career prospects on offer. We work 40 hours per week, building up an hour and half ‘flex’ each week, or 8 extra days holiday depending on how you like to use it. Enjoy your lunch hour and break times at the free gym, in one of our chill out areas or enjoy your breaks taking advantage of the many benefits available to Admiral staff.

You can see our opening hours below and our varied shift patterns are designed to cover these hours. We do work weekends, these days tend to be our best opportunities for sales, you will get days off in the week to compensate.

  • Monday – Thursday 8am-10pm
  • Friday – 8am-8pm
  • Saturday – 9am-6pm
  • Sunday – 10am-6pm

Job Purpose:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and staff
  • Taking Inbound Sales calls daily
  • Using tools provided to win the business and upsell additional products
  • Follow compliance guidelines and procedures
  • Log front line complaints
  • Hit department objectives

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls efficiently and provide fantastic service whilst attempting to secure the business
  • Go above and beyond for your customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure work is dealt with accurately and to a high standard
  • Accurately read scripts and follow procedures correctly
  • Be a team player
  • Suggest positive solutions for customer journey
  • Attend training sessions
  • Take feedback on board
