We are looking for someone with a degree (or equivalent experience in a business intelligence/MI type role), who is keen to learn and develop for this exciting new position based in Swansea.
This role will be based within the Van MI team, which has recently taken responsibility for the Management Information (MI) of areas beyond just the Van Insurance department, namely Ancillaries and Motor Product operations.
Within this role you'll be concerned with data and ensuring the extracts accurately reflect business performance. We're a growing team and there is a strong team ethic with focus on collaboration, sharing ideas and continual development.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Van, Ancillary, Motor Product operations and other business functions through the provision of reports, information and analysis to managers across the Group (don't worry if you don't know what these are yet - you will learn all about our business when you join!). You will be querying and wrangling the various data sources available, and performing analysis using statistical methods to gain insight from the data.
