Admiral Law is looking for Credit Control Handlers to join their new department. 

The role is based in Newport however you will be supporting teams in Newport and Cardiff.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure all disbursements and third-party payments have been requested from OSI
  • Ensure the client receives their correct damages within the appropriate time scale
  • Ensure correct payments are received from OSI’s
  • Make correct payments to third parties from Office account and client account
  • Submit client to office transfer in payment of fees and disbursements
  • Log any errors found on files
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the file is on order before closing on the account system and the CMS
  • Managing caseload and adhering to SLA's and KPI's

The Credit Control department is a fast pace department and we are looking for someone who can work under pressure, is friendly, efficient and has exceptional analytical skills.  You will need to be a team player, have a good eye for detail, good organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure strict deadlines are met.

You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate with clients, case handlers and third parties, training will be provided however, some knowledge of claims handling, accounts or credit control would be advantageous.
